Akron Symphony Orchestra returns with their 2015/16 Part Of Your Life season showcasing the talent and skill of this renowned company and bringing you a varied program including the magic of their annual Holiday Pops and Classics series.

December 11: Holiday Pops: Home For The Holidays 7.30pm
A perennial Akron holiday favorite, join the Symphony for yuletide carols and Christmas classics and don't forget to bring the kids an hour early at 18.30pm for the pajama party with milk, cookies and fun and games!
January 16: Vivaldi & Bach - Inspired Connection 8pm
Two of the baroque era's most important composers are presented here together, from the beauty of Vivaldi to the power of Bach, his most ardent follower.
February 6: Music and The Mind 8pm
Psychiatrist Dr Richard Kogan presents an evening that focuses on the power of the mind and its connection to creativity through talk and pieces from Berlioz and Rachmaninoff.
February 20: Gospel Meets Symphony 7:30pm
Once more voices and musicians from all over the region come together to present the magic of Gospel in a glorious evening of symphony and song.
March 19: Akron on Broadway 8pm
Start spreading the news, it's time for the second of the seasons pops concerts to transport you to the bright lights of the Great White Way with spectacular showstoppers from Rogers and Hammerstein, Gershwin, Schwartz, Lloyd Webber and more!
April 16: Sounds of Home 8pm
Inspired by the sounds of the city, Sounds of Home sees the premiere of Sounds of Akron: City Meets Symphony a new work created by Clint Needham and you!
May 5: Carmina Burana with Groundworks 8pm
After last year's success with the Rites of Spring, Groundworks turn their talents to Carl Orff's seductively powerful work that explores the nature of love and fate.
